We combine deep industry expertise with consulting and technology capabilities to help our clients transform their businesses.\nOur work spans areas including:\nBanking, payments, wealth & asset management and capital markets\nFinance, risk, regulatory and compliance\nData, digital and technology transformation\nFinancial crime and core banking\nEmerging technologies and AI\nWe value collaboration, entrepreneurship and diverse perspectives, and encourage our people to #BeYourselfAtWork.\nThe Role\nAs an Recruitment Business Partner, you will be a key member of our in-house Talent Acquisition team, managing recruitment across Capco's consulting business in Malaysia and supporting regional hiring requirements where needed.\nYou will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle and will work directly with hiring managers and business stakeholders to translate demand into effective recruitment strategies.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn end-to-end recruitment across assigned roles, from requirement intake and sourcing through screening, interviews, offer management and onboarding.\nBuild targeted talent pipelines using LinkedIn, job platforms, employee referrals, internal networks and other sourcing channels.\nProactively identify and engage passive candidates rather than relying solely on inbound applications.\nDevelop a strong understanding of Capco's business, consulting capabilities and talent requirements to improve candidate quality and hiring outcomes.\nPartner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand requirements, calibrate profiles and provide market insights.\nConduct recruiter screens to assess candidates for experience, capability, motivation and alignment with Capco's culture and opportunities.\nManage candidates throughout the recruitment journey, maintaining a high-quality and responsive candidate experience.\nCoordinate closely with interviewers and stakeholders to maintain momentum, obtain timely feedback and progress candidates through the hiring process.\nManage offers and candidate closing, including compensation discussions, notice periods and potential joining risks.\nWork with HR Operations and other internal teams to support a smooth offer-to-onboarding journey.\nMaintain accurate recruitment data and provide meaningful pipeline, conversion and hiring insights.\nContribute to recruitment initiatives such as employee referrals, talent mapping, employer branding and process improvement.\nCollaborate with Talent Acquisition colleagues across Asia on regional hiring priorities and shared talent pools.\nWhat We're Looking For\nWe're looking for someone who enjoys recruiting itself - sourcing, speaking with candidates, understanding the market and ultimately helping the business hire the right people.\nYou will ideally have:\n2-4+ years of recruitment experience within an in-house Talent Acquisition, RPO/MSP or recruitment agency environment.\nDemonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruitment.\nStrong hands-on sourcing capability, including experience identifying and engaging passive talent.\nExperience recruiting within financial services, consulting, technology or other professional-services environments is highly desirable.\nThe ability to understand complex or evolving requirements and translate them into effective sourcing and candidate strategies.\nStrong candidate assessment and interviewing skills.\nConfidence working directly with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.\nStrong communication, relationship-management and influencing skills.\nThe ability to manage multiple roles, candidates and priorities simultaneously in a fast-moving environment.\nA proactive and resourceful mindset - someone who identifies problems and takes ownership of solving them.\nComfort working with recruitment data and using pipeline and conversion insights to improve hiring outcomes.\nFluency in English.
