You’ll coordinate Employee Life cycle HR support to APAC employees, maintain accurate records, respond to HR operational queries and help meet audit requirements.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nExperience - 3-5 years (including minimum 2 years relevant exp in HR Operations)\nInterpret data, analyse results and provide on-going reports\nDevelop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality\nAcquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.\nWork with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues ensuring a balance in representing all parties’ interests\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.\nWork closely with business to prioritize business and information needs.\nAdept at queries, report writing and presenting findings\nWorking with business groups, create, and implement innovative solutions for a variety of Data management initiatives within client group\nMaintain Data accuracy and Audit compliance at all times\nSkills required:\nWorking Knowledge of HRMS tool (SAP Success Factors) will be an added advantage.\nProcess knowledge of HR Operations (working knowledge in Global HR Shared service model will be added advantage)\nProficient in Excel, Word and PPT\nStrong written and verbal communication\nSelf motivated & Team Player\nExperience working with process controls, documentation and audit requirements, with an understanding of the importance of maintaining clear and accurate records.\nClear communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across different teams, locations and time zones.\nShift Timing: 7: 00 AM to 4: 00 PM IST (Hybrid Work Model)\nTransport: Provided by company and chargeable\nInclusion at Capco\nWe’re committed to making our recruitment process accessible and straightforward for everyone.
