You will facilitate the Agile way of working, help remove impediments, strengthen collaboration and support continuous improvement across the team.\nYou will work closely with the Product Owner, technology specialists, business stakeholders and other teams to ensure smooth and effective delivery.\n\nWhat You Will Do\nFacilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives and backlog refinement sessions.\n\nCoach and support the team in applying Scrum and Agile principles in a pragmatic and effective way.\n\nIdentify and help remove impediments that impact the team’s progress.\n\nFoster ownership, collaboration and continuous improvement within the team.\n\nWork closely with the Product Owner to ensure effective backlog management and sprint preparation.\n\nFacilitate communication and alignment between business and technology stakeholders.\n\nCreate transparency around progress, priorities, dependencies and risks.\n\nSupport the delivery and continuous improvement of automation solutions, including robots and chatbots.\n\nHelp the team improve its Ways of Working and increase its delivery maturity.\n\nContribute to successful delivery within a complex financial services environment.\n\nWhat We Are Looking For\nExperience\nAround 5 years of relevant professional experience, with solid experience as a Scrum Master.\n\nProven experience working in Agile and Scrum delivery environments.\n\nPrevious experience within banking or financial services is considered as a plus.\n\nExperience working in a consulting or client-facing environment is considered an advantage.\n\nExperience with Blue Prism, or with teams working with Blue Prism, is considered a strong advantage.\n\nLanguages\nProfessional proficiency in English.\n\nProfessional proficiency in Dutch and/or French.\n\nWorking Model\nThis is a consulting role based in Belgium.
