Our compensation policies are designed to allow our people to progress through our defined salary range over time as they progress in their role.\nRole Description\nWe are looking for an experienced DevOps Expert with strong hands-on Jenkins expertise.\nIn this role, you will design and implement Jenkins-based orchestration solutions, enabling automated execution of end-to-end business journeys across multiple systems and existing test automation tools. You will work at the intersection of DevOps, CI/CD and test automation, integrating multiple automation tools, managing dependencies and execution flows, and ensuring transparent reporting and traceability across the entire process.\nThe position combines hands-on engineering with consulting responsibilities and is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex integration challenges and building robust automation solutions in enterprise environments.\n What You’ll Do\nDesign, implement and maintainJenkins-based orchestration pipelines, including execution sequencing, dependencies, execution states and automated triggering across multiple systems.\nDesign, configure and evaluateparameterized Jenkins interfaces enabling business users to trigger automated tests, select execution parameters, and access execution results.\nIntegrate Jenkins pipelines with existing CI/CD environments and automation tools.\nDesign and develop reusable interfaces/adapters connecting Jenkins with heterogeneous test automation tools through standardized execution contracts.\nImplement reliable input/output parameter handovers and test-data correlation across individual execution steps.\nDefine and implement standardized execution statuses, error handling, retry mechanisms and agreed stop/continue rules.\nImplement centralized end-to-end reporting, evidence collection and execution traceability.\nMonitor pipeline execution, troubleshoot technical issues and support defect analysis and resolution.\nCollaborate with engineering, testing and delivery teams to continuously improve automation and CI/CD processes.\nCreate and maintain relevant technical documentation.\nSkills and Expertise\nStrong hands-on experience with Jenkins, including the design and implementation of complex pipelines and orchestration workflows.\nSolid understanding of DevOps and CI/CD principles, practices and tooling.\nExperience integrating Jenkins with external tools, frameworks and enterprise systems.\nGood understanding of pipeline execution management, dependencies, error handling and troubleshooting.\nHands-on scripting experience with Groovy, Python and/or Shell/Bash for pipeline development, tool integration and automation.\nFamiliarity with Git/GitHub and modern software development workflows.\nUnderstanding of automated test execution and integration with CI/CD pipelines.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively within multidisciplinary teams.\nGood communication skills and the ability to operate in an international consulting environment.\nProfessional working proficiency in English.\n Nice to have: Hands-on experience with test-automation frameworks such as Tosca, pytest, Karate, Selenium or Playwright; Jenkins UI customization (e.g. Active Choices); and financial-services domain experience.\nYour Hiring Journey\nScreening Call - Introductory chat with our recruiter\nTechnical Interviews (1-2 rounds, depending on the project) - Discuss your skills with our experienced Capco colleagues\nFeedback & Offer - Receive an offer to join our team!\nWhy Capco?
