The role focuses on the review and validation of an existing solution architecture, with particular emphasis on system integration, message queues (MQ), performance, scalability, and resilience.\nThe engagement will be delivered in a hybrid model (on-site and remote).\nFluency in Polish is mandatory.\nKey Responsibilities\nReview and assess the end-to-end solution architecture, including system components, dependencies, and data flows.\nVerify compliance with architectural standards, best practices, and non-functional requirements.\nEvaluate the technology stack, scalability, fault tolerance, and resilience of the solution.\nAnalyze integration between source systems and the Replica, including data propagation across architectural layers.\nAssess the use of message queues (MQ):\nasynchronous communication patterns,\nqueue configuration,\nmessage handling and error management,\nretry mechanisms and Dead Letter Queues (DLQ),\ndelivery guarantees (e.g. at-least-once, exactly-once),\nqueue throughput and impact on replication latency.\nConduct or support performance and load testing aligned with real production data volumes.\nAnalyze end-to-end processing times, system stability under load, and identify architectural bottlenecks.\nMonitor and assess CPU utilization (MSU) during peak data transfer periods.\nIdentify optimization opportunities to reduce resource consumption, improve performance, and control costs.\nPrepare architecture review reports, findings, and recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nRequired Skills & Experience\nProven experience as a Solution Architect, Integration Architect, or similar role.\nStrong background in enterprise integration architectures.\nHands-on experience with message queue technologies (e.g. IBM MQ, JMS, Kafka or similar).\nSolid understanding of asynchronous communication, messaging patterns, and error handling.\nExperience with performance testing, scalability analysis, and non-functional requirements.\nKnowledge of high-availability and fault-tolerant architectures.\nExperience in banking or regulated environments is highly desirable.\nAbility to work effectively in hybrid delivery models (on-site and remote).\nLanguage & Location Requirements\n Fluent Polish (spoken and written) -
