You will work at the intersection of technology, business, and consulting, helping organizations define their architecture strategies and successfully implement cloud transformation initiatives.\nKey responsibilities:\nDesign end-to-end solution architectures leveraging Google Cloud Platform (GCP).\n\nTranslate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions.\n\nLead architecture discussions and technical workshops with clients and internal engineering teams.\n\nDefine architecture principles, integration patterns, and technology standards.\n\nDesign cloud-native, microservices-based, and event-driven architectures.\n\nCollaborate with engineering, DevOps, security, and business stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery.\n\nEvaluate technology options, identify architectural trade-offs, and provide recommendations aligned with business objectives.\n\nSupport cloud migration and modernization initiatives.\n\nContribute to technical proposals, solution assessments, and pre-sales activities where needed.\n\nAct as a trusted technology advisor, combining hands-on technical expertise with a strong consulting mindset.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nMust-have skills and experience:\nProven experience as a Solution Architect, Cloud Architect, or in a similar architecture-focused role.\n\nStrong hands-on knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and its core services.\n\nExperience designing distributed systems, cloud-native applications, and enterprise integration solutions.\n\nSolid understanding of microservices, APIs, event-driven architectures, and integration patterns.\n\nExperience with containerization and orchestration technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes (GKE).\n\nFamiliarity with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform) and CI/CD practices.\n\nGood understanding of cloud security, networking, scalability, reliability, and performance.\n\nAbility to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nConsulting mindset - proactive, client-oriented, pragmatic, and comfortable working in dynamic environments.\n\nExcellent English communication skills.\n\nNice to have:\nExperience in financial services or banking is highly desirable, particularly in complex, regulated enterprise environments.\n\nExperience with banking platforms, payment systems, or financial services integrations.\n\nKnowledge of regulatory, security, and compliance requirements relevant to financial institutions.\n\nExperience with GCP services such as BigQuery, Pub/Sub, Cloud Run, Apigee, or Cloud Functions.\n\nExperience working in consulting or client-facing technology delivery roles.\n\nGoogle Cloud Professional Cloud Architect certification or equivalent.\n\nWhy Join Capco?\nWork on challenging technology transformation projects for leading financial institutions.\n\nJoin a collaborative, international consulting environment combining business and technology expertise.\n\nInfluence architectural decisions and help shape modern cloud solutions.\n\nCollaborate with experienced architects, engineers, and business consultants.\n\nEnjoy a hybrid working model based in Warsaw.\n\nDevelop your expertise through diverse projects, knowledge sharing, and professional growth opportunities.\n\nWho Will Thrive in This Role?\nWe are looking for more than a technical architect.
