The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in either Android or iOS, along with a solid understanding of both mobile platforms.\nThe Tech Lead will be responsible for driving mobile architecture and technical decisions, establishing engineering best practices, mentoring developers, and working closely with Product, Design, QA, Backend, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality mobile solutions.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the technical design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-performance Android and iOS applications.\nOwn mobile application architecture, technical standards, design patterns, and engineering best practices.\nProvide technical leadership across the complete application lifecycle, from requirement analysis and solution design through development, testing, release, and production support.\nMake sound technical decisions related to architecture, frameworks, libraries, integrations, performance, scalability, and maintainability.\nDrive adoption of appropriate architectural patterns such as MVVM, Clean Architecture, and other modern mobile architecture practices.\nReview technical designs, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and quality guidelines.\nMentor and guide Senior and Junior mobile developers through technical coaching, design discussions, and knowledge sharing.\nBreak down complex requirements into technical solutions, development tasks, and actionable implementation plans.\nCollaborate closely with Product, Design, QA, Backend Engineering, DevOps, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.\nIdentify and resolve complex technical issues, performance bottlenecks, application stability problems, and value.\nSupport estimation, technical planning, sprint planning, and delivery tracking from a technical perspective.\nParticipate in architecture reviews and contribute to the overall technology roadmap for mobile applications.\nEnsure consistency in development practices across Android and iOS teams and promote effective knowledge sharing between platforms.\nRequired Skills & Experience\n8+ years of professional experience in mobile application development, with significant experience in Android and/or iOS development.\nStrong hands-on expertise in Android (Kotlin/Java) and/or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development.\nStrong understanding of modern mobile application architecture, design patterns, and software engineering principles.\nExperience designing and implementing MVVM, Clean Architecture, and modular/scalable application architectures.\nStrong understanding of Android SDK and modern Android development frameworks, or equivalent expertise in iOS SDK and modern iOS development practices.\nFor Android: strong knowledge of Jetpack Components, including ViewModel, Room, Navigation, LiveData/Flow, and related libraries.\nFor iOS: strong knowledge of Swift, UIKit/SwiftUI, concurrency, networking, persistence, and modern iOS frameworks.\nExperience integrating mobile applications with REST APIs, authentication mechanisms, backend services, and third-party SDKs.\nStrong knowledge of mobile application security, secure coding practices, data protection, and compliance requirements.\nStrong understanding of mobile performance optimization, memory management, crash analysis, and application stability.\nExperience with unit testing, UI/integration testing, code quality tools, CI/CD pipelines, and automated release processes.\nStrong experience with Git and collaborative software development practices.\nProven experience conducting code reviews and establishing engineering standards.\nStrong problem-solving, debugging, analytical, and technical decision-making skills.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nLeadership & Collaboration\nDemonstrated ability to lead and mentor mobile engineering teams.\nAbility to monitoring platforms.\nExperience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and distributed or client-facing development teams.\nExperience working with CI/CD and automated deployment to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.\nExposure to cross-platform technologies such as Flutter or React Native is an added advantage.\nExperience working in regulated or security-sensitive environments is an
