Core responsibilities and skills:\nOwns the technology product backlog for ECDF, ensuring alignment to People Business outcomes, HR policy, and Digital X principles.\nDeep familiarity with NWG internal ecosystem including Workday (HCM/Talent), corporate SSO (Active Directory, PingFederate), security policies, and CTO / CDIO design governance.\nExperience operating within NWG assurance processes: DPIA/GDPR, records management, security risk assessment, change freeze calendars, and design board submissions.\nActs as the on-shore bridge between UK stakeholders (People Business, PeopleTech, Digital X, Architecture, Security) and the India-based build teams.\nAble to make in-flight prioritisation decisions balancing experience, risk, governance, and delivery pace.\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills - comfortable operating with senior HR leaders, architects, and engineering teams.\nCloud-native mindset with hands-on understanding of AWS-based application architectures, APIs, and integration patterns in a regulated environment.\nExperience working in agile product teams, partnering closely with Scrum Master and Solution Architect to manage scope, dependencies, and delivery sequencing.\nPrior experience delivering enterprise platforms or organisation-wide tooling is strongly preferred.\nIf you are keen to join us, you will be part of an organization that values your contributions, recognizes your potential, and provides ample opportunities for growth.
