The successful candidate will be responsible for the accurate and efficient processing of vendor invoices, managing payment workflows, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The AP Analyst will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to streamline processes and contribute to the overall effectiveness of the accounts payable function.\n\nExpectations & Accountabilities:\nReceive, review, and process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner\nVerify invoice details, including coding, approvals, and supporting documentation.\nInvestigate and resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal departments.\nExecute payments through various methods, including checks, ACH, and wire transfers.\nReconcile vendor statements and proactively address payment discrepancies.\nFoster positive relationships with vendors through effective communication.\nAddress and resolve outstanding issues, ensuring timely resolution.\nAssist in monitoring and reporting employee expenses, ensuring adherence to company policies.\nCollaborate with employees to resolve discrepancies and provide guidance on expense reporting.\nIdentify opportunities for process improvement and actively contribute to implementation.\nContribute to the development and maintenance of accounts payable policies.\nAssist in month-end and year-end closing activities as required. \nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred\nProven experience as an Accounts Payable Analyst or similar role\nSolid understanding of accounting principles and practices\nProficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective
