Where no two days are the same.\nYOUR ROLE\nPerform end-to-end 2G (GSM) radio network optimization activities.\nAnalyze network performance and identify improvement opportunities.\nMonitor and improve key KPIs.\nConduct root cause analysis and propose corrective actions.\nPerform parameter audits, neighbor optimization, and frequency planning support.\nAnalyze drive test data and network statistics.\nOptimize Huawei GSM features and parameters to improve network performance.\nSupport cluster acceptance, network expansion, modernization, and performance improvement projects.\nPrepare technical reports, optimization recommendations, and customer presentations.\nCollaborate with planning, implementation, and operations teams to resolve network issues.\nParticipate in technical discussions with customers and vendors.\nYOUR PROFILE\nBachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field.\nMinimum 5 years of experience in 2G Radio Optimization.\nStrong expertise in Huawei GSM/2G networks.\nSolid understanding of GSM radio principles, mobility management, and network performance optimization.\nExperience with Huawei tools such as:M2000 / U2020 / NetEco (or equivalent Huawei platforms)\nGENEX Probe\nGENEX Assistant\nMapInfo (preferred)\n\nStrong knowledge of KPI analysis, performance management, and troubleshooting methodologies.\nExperience analyzing network counters and OSS data.\nGood understanding of frequency planning and interference analysis.\nWHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE\nJoin a multicultural and inclusive team environment.\nEnjoy a supportive atmosphere promoting work-life balance.\nEngage in exciting national and international projects.\nHybrid work.\nYour career growth is central to our mission.
