Reclutador: Karina Aguilar Posición: ABL - Technical Lead CyberArk Engineer Ubicación de la posición: CDMX Modalidad de trabajo: Hibrido Industria - Sector: Bancario Tus Funciones: Buscamos un Ingeniero de Privileged Access Management (PAM) & Secrets Management con experiencia en CyberArk y HashiCorp Vault, responsable de implementar, administrar y fortalecer controles de acceso privilegiado y gestión de secretos en entornos empresariales de alta criticidad. Administrar e implementar soluciones de CyberArk y HashiCorp Vault. Gestionar cuentas privilegiadas, rotación de credenciales, monitoreo de sesiones y auditorías. Diseñar e implementar controles de acceso bajo modelos Least Privilege y Just-In-Time (JIT). Integrar plataformas PAM y Secrets Management con Active Directory, IAM, SIEM, Cloud y entornos Kubernetes. Automatizar procesos mediante Python, PowerShell y HCL. Implementar y mantener políticas de seguridad, cifrado y gestión de claves. Participar en proyectos de migración, transformación tecnológica y separación de entornos (Divestiture). Colaborar con equipos de Infraestructura, DevOps, Desarrollo y Ciberseguridad. Conocimientos y experiencia necesaria: Ingles Intermedio
