The role will be responsible for strengthening the security posture, managing security incidents, and ensuring alignment with regulatory, customer, and organizational security requirements.\nEstablish and implement a governance and policy framework aligned with Group policies and applicable local regulations.\nProactively monitor cybersecurity risks and emerging threats, conducting risk assessments for internal applications and digital services, as well as annual threat assessments.\nDevelop, coordinate, and manage cybersecurity communication, awareness, and training programs.\nOversee and ensure compliance with Capgemini's Cybersecurity ISMS Policy and customer contractual requirements, while conducting and supporting security assessments.\nTrack policy exceptions and oversee remediation plans to ensure timely resolution.\nLead and manage the ISO 27001 certification program and related initiatives.\nCoordinate customer-requested cybersecurity audits and ensure appropriate remediation actions are identified and implemented.\nSupport engagement teams, accounts, and procurement functions in assessing and mitigating cybersecurity risks associated with third-party vendors.\nManage cybersecurity incidents, lead remediation efforts, and represent the organization during crisis management and communication activities.\nMonitor and report on cybersecurity Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve security performance across the unit\nYour Profile\nCybersecurity professional certification such as CISM/ CGRC, ISO27001/ISO42001 - Lead Auditor\nProven track record on implementation of frameworks such as APRA CPS234, CPS230, ISO27001, SOC2, PCI-DSS \nWhat you’ll love about working here\nYou will be a part of a diverse collective of free-thinkers, entrepreneurs, and industry experts.
