Working across Marketing, Media, Commerce, Analytics, Data, Technology, Agency, and Vendor teams, this role will lead the implementation, integration, and optimization of scalable Retail Media capabilities.\nThe successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring technology investments, platform performance, and operational priorities align with business objectives and deliver measurable value.\nKey Responsibilities\nServe as the primary client-facing AdTech lead and trusted advisor.\nLead the design, implementation, and scaling of Retail Media Network capabilities.\nDefine and drive the AdTech technology roadmap.\nOversee platform integrations, data flows, identity management, and measurement frameworks.\nManage platform implementations, vendor onboarding, and capability enhancements.\nEstablish governance models, operational standards, and performance metrics.\nResolve complex platform, data, measurement, and integration challenges.\nDrive continuous improvement through automation and process optimization.\nLead cross-functional teams and manage technology partners and vendors.\nEnsure compliance with privacy regulations and industry standards.\nDeliver executive-level reporting and strategic recommendations.\nAct as the escalation point for operational and platform-related issues.\nEnsure all SLA and KPI commitments are achieved.\nQualifications\n12+ years of experience in AdTech, Retail Media, Commerce Media, Marketing Technology, Digital Media, or Programmatic Advertising.\nProven experience implementing and scaling Retail Media Networks or AdTech ecosystems.\nStrong client-facing experience, including stakeholder management and account leadership.\nDeep understanding of:Ad Serving\nAudience Activation\nProgrammatic Advertising\nCampaign Measurement\nAttribution\nIdentity Resolution\nReporting\n\nExperience with Retail Media operations, advertiser onboarding, audience management, campaign execution, and measurement.\nExperience defining technical requirements, solution architectures, integrations, and operating models.\nHands-on experience with one or more of the following:Google Marketing Platform (CM360, DV360)\nThe Trade Desk\nCriteo\nAmazon Advertising\nLiveRamp\nSalesforce\nAdobe Experience Cloud\n\nExperience integrating AdTech platforms with CDPs, CRM systems, analytics platforms, and data warehouses.\nExperience managing vendors, governance processes, and technology implementations.\nStrong leadership and communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.\nBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\nAdTech certifications
