This role will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and improving agent performance across data, access, grounding, retrieval, instructions, actions, and platform configurations.\nThis is a hands-on architecture role requiring deep technical expertise and the ability to build, configure, test, and deploy solutions directly. The ideal candidate combines strong Salesforce platform architecture knowledge with extensive real-world Agentforce and Data Cloud implementation experience.\nYour Role\nLead the architecture, development, and optimization of Agentforce and Data Cloud (Data 360) solutions.\nTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to data ingestion, retrieval, grounding, security, and agent configurations.\nBuild and maintain scalable Data 360 foundations to support AI-powered use cases.\nConfigure and enhance Agentforce topics, actions, sub-agents, instructions, Prompt Builder assets, and RAG capabilities.\nDesign and develop solutions using Salesforce Flow and Apex.\nManage Salesforce security, permissions, sharing, and record-access controls.\nEstablish agent testing, observability, tracing, and quality measurement practices.\nPartner with business and technical teams to deliver scalable, high-quality Salesforce AI solutions.\nProvide hands-on technical leadership from architecture through implementation\nYour Skills and Experience\n7+ years of Salesforce platform experience with strong architecture and implementation expertise.\nDeep, hands-on experience implementing and deploying Salesforce Agentforce solutions.\nStrong expertise in Data Cloud (Data 360) architecture and implementation\nExperience with data ingestion, mapping, harmonization, identity resolution, and retrieval\nKnowledge of RAG, agent grounding, Prompt Builder, topics, sub-agents, actions, and instructions\nStrong Salesforce security, permissions, sharing, and record-access troubleshooting skills\nHands-on experience with Flow and Apex\nExperience with agent testing, tracing, observability, and performance measurement\nStrong Salesforce platform architecture background\nPreferred:\nAgentforce Specialist and/or Data Cloud Consultant certification\nExperience building scalable AI-powered Salesforce solutions\nNote: This is a builder role. We are looking for a hands-on architect who can design, configure, develop, and troubleshoot solutions, not someone focused solely on architecture documentation.\nThe base compensation range for this role in the posted location is:$82,082 - $193,440\nCapgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
