Where no two days arethe same.\nLocation\nThis is Onsite role in Denver CO/Atlanta GA\n About the role you're considering\nWe are looking for a customer-facing Lead Architect to drive Agentic AI-driven telecom transformation programs (large scale NOC / SOC / Operations, etc.), leading customer workshops, shaping solution roadmaps, defining AWS-based architectures and advising business, technology and executive stakeholders.\nYour Role\nServe as the primary onsite Lead Architect for Agentic AI-driven telecom transformation across NOC, SOC, network operations, service assurance and incident management domains.\nLead customer workshops and discovery sessions to assess current-state NOC/SOC operating models, alarm flows, ticket lifecycles, triage processes, escalation paths and operational pain points.\nDefine Agentic AI-driven solution architectures for alarm correlation, event deduplication, anomaly detection, root-cause analysis, incident enrichment, ticket automation and closed-loop remediation.\nDesign integration patterns for alarms, events, incidents, topology, inventory, logs, metrics, traces and operational knowledge across telecom NOC/SOC ecosystems.\nPartner with AWS, customer network teams, operations teams and engineering stakeholders to design secure, scalable and cloud-native Agentic AI telecom platforms.\nLead solutioning, PoCs, end-to-end technical delivery and executive presentations focused on operational efficiency, service reliability, network resilience and measurable business outcomes.\nCollaborate closely with Offshore teams, business, network, security, operations, product and engineering stakeholders throughout the transformation lifecycle.\nYour skills and experience\n12+ years of experience in software development, solution delivery, or technology consulting.\nStrong experience of telecom operations, particularly NOC OR OSS, incident, ticket, and service-assurance processes.\nPractical experience defining AI, GenAI, or Agentic AI use cases for enterprise operations.\nAbility to translate operational challenges into agent features, workflows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.\nUnderstanding of AI agents, LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, APIs, integrations, and human-in-the-loop controls.\nSound knowledge of software architecture, SDLC, Agile delivery, testing, deployment, and production support.\nProven experience conducting client workshops, requirement-discovery sessions, and solution demonstrations. \nThe base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $82,082-$193,440\nCapgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
