This is your opportunity to lead change, shape the future, and build technology that matters.\nYour Role\nAs Engineering Manager for Agentic capabilities within Neo, you will be responsible for both technical leadership and people management, ensuring high quality delivery while fostering innovation and engineering excellence.\nIn this role, you will:\nLead, coach, and grow the Agentic engineering team, ensuring delivery of high quality, reliable agent based features\nOwn and align the design, development, and evolution of Neo’s agentic platform components\nDefine and standardize best practices for agentic development, experimentation, and MLOps\nCollaborate closely with product, AI research, cloud, and change teams to translate strategic needs into implementable solutions\nDrive innovation by identifying, evaluating, and integrating emerging technologies and approaches in agentic and autonomous systems\nEnsure scalability, reliability, and operational readiness of agentic capabilities deployed across the platform\nAct as a key contributor to the overall technical direction and roadmap of Neo\nFoster a culture of continuous improvement, experimentation, and engineering excellence\nYour Profile\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field\nProven experience leading and managing engineering teams, ideally in AI/ML, agentic systems, or platform development\nStrong understanding of agentic architectures, AI/ML concepts, and model operationalization in production environments\nHands on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes\nSolid technical background in Python or similar languages, with experience deploying and operating distributed systems\nAbout us\nThe Capgemini Group is a global leader in partnering with companies to transform and manage their businesses.
