Where no two days are the same.\nJob Description\nWe are looking for a Solution Architect to design AI-based solutions and guide the technical direction of the AI Lab. The person will understand business and technical requirements, design the overall solution, and work with different teams to build and deploy AI solutions.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign end-to-end AI and software solutions.\nUnderstand business and technical requirements.\n Define the architecture for AI, cloud, software, network, and edge solutions.\nSelect suitable technologies, AI models, and cloud platforms.\nDesign integration between AI models, applications, APIs, databases, networks, and edge devices.\nGuide development teams on technical implementation.\nReview technical designs and code.\nEnsure solutions are scalable, secure, reliable, and easy to maintain.\nSupport Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and new AI initiatives.\nWork closely with hardware, robotics, network, software, cloud, and DevOps teams.\nEvaluate new AI technologies and identify where they can be used.\nDefine development and deployment standards for the AI Lab.\n.\nPrimary Skills\nStrong software architecture and design experience.\nStrong understanding of AI and Generative AI.\nGood knowledge of LLMs and AI APIs.\nStrong understanding of cloud architecture.\nKnowledge of AWS and Google Cloud.\nGood understanding of networking and distributed systems.\nKnowledge of APIs, microservices, databases, and security.\nUnderstanding of DevOps and CI/CD.\nGood knowledge of Python and/or other programming languages.\nExperience designing end-to-end solutions.\nStrong communication and problem-solving skills.\nAI Skills\nExperience or knowledge of:\nGoogle AI / Google Cloud AI\nAWS AI services\nOpenAI\nAnthropic\nGenerative AI\nLLMs\nRAG and AI Agents\nCapgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner, helping organizations to accelerate their dual transition to a digital and sustainable world, while creating tangible impact for enterprises and society.
