Your Role
- Lead end-to-end presales for large AMS / outsourcing deals ($20M+)
- Convert RFP/RFI into winning solution architecture & transformation roadmap
- Own solutioning, estimation, commercials, and deal defense (BAFO/negotiations)
- Drive cross-functional teams & client engagements at senior/CXO level
- Ensure high win rates, utilization, and contribution to sales/P&L
Your Profile
- Overall 12-16 years experience
- Strong AMS/ADM presales + solution architecture experience
- Expertise in outsourcing models, pricing, estimation & commercial structuring
- Broad tech exposure: SAP, Custom Apps, Digital, GenAI (preferred)
- Experience in large transformation deals, vendor consolidation, cost optimization
- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills
