This role is accountable for the end-to-end technical delivery, operational performance, security, resilience, and lifecycle management of a portfolio of business-critical applications hosted primarily on Microsoft Azure.\nHybrid working:\nThe places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead end-to-end application delivery and support for business-critical platforms. \nManage Agile delivery, sprint planning, releases, and technical roadmap execution. \nDrive DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and engineering best practices. \nEnsure application availability, performance, security, resilience, and compliance. \nOversee incident, problem, change, release, vulnerability, and lifecycle management. \nCollaborate with Product Managers, Architecture, Operations, and business stakeholders. \nManage third-party suppliers and vendor relationships. \nLead, mentor, and develop high-performing engineering teams.\nRequired Skill:\nProven experience managing enterprise application development and support teams. \nStrong background in .NET, C#, ASP.NET, Web APIs, SQL Server, and SSIS. \nExperience with Azure Cloud, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and Agile/Scrum delivery. \nKnowledge of CRM/Case Management platforms such as Siebel CRM and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365. \nExperience with application integration, API-led architectures, and high-volume data processing systems. \nStrong understanding of application security, service management, and operational resilience. \nExcellent stakeholder management, supplier management, leadership, and communication skills.\nExperience: 10+ years in Application Development, Delivery, and Support Management.\nWe are a Disability Confident Employer:\nCapgemini is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer (Level 2) under the UK Government’s Disability Confident scheme.
