Where no two days are the same.\nJob Description\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and deploy AI and GenAI solutions for business use cases.\nBuild and optimize LLM-based applications, AI agents, and multi-agent systems.\nDevelop RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions using enterprise data sources and knowledge repositories.\nIntegrate AI solutions with APIs, databases, business applications, and enterprise platforms.\nEvaluate, fine-tune, and monitor AI models to ensure performance, accuracy, and reliability.\nImplement Responsible AI, governance, security, and observability best practices.\nCollaborate with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and Product teams to operationalize AI solutions.\nTechnical Requirements\nStrong proficiency in Python and API development.\nExperience building applications with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI technologies.\nHands-on experience with AI Agents, Multi-Agent Systems, and RAG architectures.\nKnowledge of vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, and knowledge retrieval.\nExperience with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, or similar.\nFamiliarity with prompt engineering, model evaluation, and AI application monitoring.\nUnderstanding of software engineering best practices, including Git, CI/CD, testing, and cloud-native architectures.\nKnowledge of AI governance, security, privacy, and Responsible AI principles.\n#LI-DC10\n#LI-Remote\nCapgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner, helping organizations to accelerate their dual transition to a digital and sustainable world, while creating tangible impact for enterprises and society.
