With over 10 years of experience and a strong background in project management, this individual will lead cross-functional meetings to align priorities, allocate resources effectively, and enhance artwork management efficiency.\nThis role requires the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Sourcing, Supply, Design, and Operations, to ensure the successful delivery of new products to market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing artwork development and the production process within a CPG company or a related industry.\nIn this role you will play a key role in:\nLead and oversee the multiple packaging artwork projects from design through to print package.\nAct as the primary liaison between internal teams (marketing, design, R&D, regulatory, supply chain) and external stakeholders (agencies, printers, suppliers).\nSets agenda, and clearly defines cross-functional responsibilities from project start to completion.\nFacilitate regular communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.\nMaintain up-to-date records of project progress using project management tools and spreadsheets. This includes tracking milestones, deliverables, and any deviations from the original plan.\nIdentify risks, bottlenecks, or delays in the artwork development process and implement solutions to mitigate them.\nCompile regular artwork project reports that highlight progress, challenges, and solutions. Communicate these findings to seniors and cross-functional teams to keep everyone informed and engaged.\nManage feedback loops, consolidating inputs to minimize iterations and maintain efficiency.\nAct as a mentor/coach for associate artwork planning leads and planning coordinators.\nYOUR PROFILE\nBachelor’s degree in marketing, , project management, or a related field.\nProven experience in managing end-to-end process of artwork, printing and digital assets creation in a Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) environment\n10+ years of experience in artwork management, packaging, or project management within a CPG or FMCG environment.\nAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment across multiple functions (marketing, R&D, sourcing, design external agencies and operations)\nProficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or Jira is crucial for tracking tasks, deadlines, and progress. \nFamiliarity in artwork and design software is beneficial; while direct design involvement is not required, a basic understanding of platforms like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) can enhance communication with creative teams. \nPossess strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.\nHighly collaborative, with strong experience working with Global & Local stakeholders\nPossess functional knowledge of marketing, branding and new product development \nExcellent interpersonal, written & verbal communication skills\nWHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE\nCapgemini is an AI-powered global business and technology transformation partner, delivering tangible business value.
