You will work across the full lifecycle, acting as the technical anchor between design, test, fabrication, assembly, and quality teams.\nIn this role you will play a key role in:\nDriving product industrialization by ensuring robust manufacturability, testability, and yield performance of ASIC products\nAnalyzing yield, reliability data, and test results to detect trends, identify root causes, and propose corrective actions\nSupporting design, process, and test engineering to resolve failures, qualification issues, or performance deviations\nMonitoring and improving the production flow through statistical methods, structured problem solving, and continuous improvement methodologies\nCollaborating closely with external manufacturing partners, test houses, and internal cross-functional teams to secure smooth product ramp-up and stable performance in mass production\nYour Profile\nYou hold a Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering, or a related domain\nYou have strong understanding of digital and analog electronic circuits, semiconductor device behavior, and ASIC architectures\nYou bring experience with ASIC development flows, including test, characterization, qualification, and failure analysis\nYou are familiar with semiconductor manufacturing environments (wafer fab, packaging, assembly, EWS/ATE test)\nYou possess knowledge of statistical analysis, SPC, DOE, Six Sigma, or data-driven root cause methodologies\nWhat you'll love about working here\nMentoring programs: Capgemini empowers women at all career stages with programs spanning STEM education to career reentry.
