This role is responsible for coordinating data integration activities, managing system validation and testing processes, ensuring data quality, and facilitating successful go-live execution. The Channel Partner Liaison builds strong partner relationships, identifies and resolves operational issues, communicates implementation timelines and requirements, and provides ongoing support to ensure seamless data exchange and operational excellence throughout the partner lifecycle.\nYour Role:\nCreate, review and complete system validation document including data exemptions\nMaintain program contract tracker and data requirements documentation\nWork with offshore team to process test files and communicate test results to data providers\nPerform ongoing testing until all data providers are production ready\nConduct necessary go-live activities both internally and externally with data providers\nAssist with operations during hyper care period post go-live\nDevelop working relationships with external data providers and be responsible for escalating trends and issues\nProvide insight on the data integration process and IT implementation timelines, tasks and deliverables\nManages data quality and system issues with each data provider\nAct as a point of contact for transaction data issues with data providers\nIdentify and escalate customer concerns and program trends related to data provider performance\nTroubleshoot and resolve ongoing issues with data provider files\nRequired Skills:\nMimulus 3 plus yers to Max 6 Year experience needed\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\nAbility to work across cross-functional teams\nExperience working across multiple projects and delivering strong results; Detail-oriented; Highly organized\nExperience working with pharmacy operations, supply chains, data\nConsulting or Specialty Pharmacy experience - anything related to SP (SP ops, SP data reporting, SP drug development, etc.)\nBachelor’s degree, preferably in business or health++\nThe base compensation range for this role in the posted location is:$54,380 to $99,650.\nCapgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
