Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world.\nYour Role\nConduct comprehensive due diligence reviews of new and existing clients, covering a wide range of client types including corporate, partnership, trust, clubs & societies, and sole trader customers.\nPerform ongoing customer due diligence as per AML and KYC standards for new and existing clients, including screenings for PEP, adverse news, and sanctions matches.\nIdentify and report any discrepancies or issues in the EDD processes.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and process improvements.\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of all due diligence activities and findings.\nProvide regular reports and updates to management on due diligence activities and outcomes.\nAssist in the development and implementation of due diligence policies and procedures.\nStay current with industry trends and regulatory changes related to EDD.\nIn this role you will play a key role in:\nCAMS certification or any industry recognized AML certification will be a plus\nFluent in English (spoken and written)\nUniversity graduate\nMinimum 1+ years related banking, compliance, audit experience with a minimum of 1-3 years specific experience relating to on-boarding of clients according to relevant AML legislations across NA, EU & APAC jurisdictions\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills would be a significant plus\nProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. \nGood understanding of Corporate & Institutional Banking and Global Markets framework under International Financial Groups. \nGood understanding of Due Diligence and local Anti-Money Laundering requirements\nMaintain a working knowledge of anti-money laundering related requirements including BSA, USA Patriot Act, OFAC, SEC, FINRA, and other applicable US, UK EMEA regulations\nActively engage in the identification of potential process shortcomings or required enhancements\nWHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE\nCapgemini is an AI-powered global business and technology transformation partner, delivering tangible business value.
