Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world.\nJob Description\nCapgemini is looking for a Banking clients Delivery Lead based in Tokyo, Japan\nJob Description - Grade Specific\nResponsibilities and Accountabilities:\nAs a Banking Delivery Lead, facilitate appropriate project delivery to meet contractual obligation and client expectation mainly working with Capgemini's Banking Practice.\nClosely monitor the project progress, quality, financials, customer satisfactions, risks, and issues. Take proactive actions with project managers and relevant stakeholders in both Capgemini and current client in our banking practice.\nEducate and influence the project managers, team members, and the client to make project delivery successful. Provide technical advice, business knowledge, or management advices with the project members as required.\nSuggest and negotiate change requests, contractual changes, resource allocations, and scope changes to set reasonable project goal and delivery.\nMaintain and expand good communications and relationship with client stakeholders.\nWork with banking practice to promote new project proposals and solutions and facilitate communications particularly between offshore team and client.\nWork with Sales team to explore potential business opportunities within client organization. Promote senior executive relationship between Capgemini and the client.\nEstablish and follow up the account plan to have Banking and other practices to expand business.\nCoordinate and promote common strategy and account plans with other regions. Exchange information and maintain relationship with the practice and sales members to win the business as a global service provider. Monitor and capture Head Office strategy and plans to help other regions get mandates in global basis.\nContinuously report to Delivery Executive and CG Japan management on the account and projects. Propose potential ideas and plans for appropriate delivery and business expansion.\nRequired Experience and Skill:\nMinimum of 10 years’ experience in system development/implementation program leadership in Banking sector.\nUnderstanding and experience in various banking business. processes/products/operations/organizations/regulations.\nExcellent interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders and cultivate potential clients within banking industry.\nExcellent communication skills both in Japanese and English to manage and coordinates.\nExperiences in creating constructive solutions by effectively coordinating global SMEs and stakeholders in a given constraint.\nExperience working in a global team, especially offshore development engagements.\nFluent with English and Japanese JLPT N1 or above is preferred.\nCapgemini is an AI-powered global business and technology transformation partner, delivering tangible business value.
