This role will be responsible for managing invoicing processes, ensuring billing accuracy, supporting client invoicing requirements, and maintaining strong communication with internal stakeholders and customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in billing or finance operations, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage daily billing operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and receipts.\nCoordinate with internal commercial teams to validate billing requirements and resolve invoicing-related issues.\nMaintain professional communication with both internal stakeholders and clients regarding billing inquiries.\nEnsure invoices are delivered accurately and on time through client-preferred channels (email, portals, mail, etc.).\nFollow up on invoice rejections, discrepancies, and customer questions, providing effective and timely resolutions.\nMaintain and update supplier and customer portal information, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.\nReview and apply customer billing guidelines to ensure invoice compliance and successful payment processing.\nIdentify opportunities to improve billing processes and operational efficiency.\nSupport billing reconciliation and reporting activities as required.\nRequired Qualifications\n3 to 4 years of experience in Billing, Accounts Receivable, Finance Operations, or related areas.\nAdvanced English proficiency (B2+)\nStrong understanding of billing processes and financial operations.\nExperience managing client invoicing and resolving billing discrepancies.\nAdvanced attention to detail and organizational skills.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with ERP systems such as Dynamics 365, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, reporting, data analysis).\nExperience working with customer portals and invoicing platforms.\nKnowledge of legal billing practices
