The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of accounting processes, financial controls, and reporting, combined with proven business analysis capabilities and experience delivering large-scale finance change programs. This role requires close collaboration with Finance, Technology, Operations, and Risk stakeholders to drive process improvements, system implementations, and regulatory compliance.\nKey Responsibilities\nFinance & Accounting\nAnalyze and document accounting processes including GL, sub-ledgers, reconciliations, and financial reporting.\nSupport Product Control and Financial Control functions.\nEvaluate and strengthen accounting controls and governance frameworks.\n\nBusiness Analysis\nLead requirements gathering workshops and stakeholder discussions.\nPrepare BRDs, FRDs, functional specifications, and process maps.\nPerform current-state/future-state analysis and maintain requirement traceability.\n\nTransformation & Delivery\nSupport finance transformation programs, ledger migrations, and system implementations.\nAssist with cutover planning, go-live activities, and post-implementation support.\nWork within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models.\n\nStakeholder Management\nCollaborate with Finance, Technology, Operations, and Risk stakeholders.\nCommunicate effectively with senior leadership and project sponsors.\nDrive cross-functional collaboration and decision-making.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.\n8+ years of Business Analysis experience within Financial Services, Banking, Capital Markets, or Corporate Finance environments.\nStrong understanding of:Product Control and Financial Control functions\nGeneral Ledger and Sub-ledger architectures\nFinancial reporting and accounting controls\nReconciliation processes\nFinance operating models\n\nDemonstrated experience preparing BRDs, FRDs, process maps, and functional specifications.\nHands-on experience supporting UAT, SIT, defect management, and production go-live activities.\nExcellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation capabilities.\nTechnical Skills\nFinance & Accounting Domain Expertise\nBusiness Analysis\nProcess Re-engineering\nRequirements Management\nFinance Transformation\nTesting & Change Management\nStakeholder Engagement\nExecutive Communication\nRisk & Controls Awareness\nCross-functional Leadership\nPreferred Qualifications\nProfessional qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent.\nExperience with Finance Transformation, ERP implementations, or ledger migration programs.\nKnowledge of regulatory reporting and financial control frameworks.\nExperience with Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.\nExposure to large-scale banking or capital markets finance platforms.\nThe base compensation range for this role in the posted location is:907867-102731\nCapgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
