You will be responsible for analyzing and documenting requirements, supporting development and testing activities, managing and refining the product backlog, and contributing to high-quality technical documentation.\nYOUR TASKS\nGather, analyse and document business and technical requirements.\nPrepare technical documentation and functional specifications.\nSupport development and testing teams throughout delivery.\nConduct market research and comparative analysis.\nSupport data requests and reporting activities.\nParticipate in process improvement and efficiency initiatives.\nWork with user stories and backlog management tools.\nYOUR PROFILE\n3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in technology-driven or enterprise environments.\nExperience working closely with development and QA teams throughout the software delivery lifecycle.\nStrong skills in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation, including creating functional specifications and user stories.\nExperience with backlog management, prioritization, and stakeholder communication.\nPractical knowledge of SQL for data analysis, extraction, and validation.\nUnderstanding of cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS) and their role in system integrations.\nHands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.\nAbility to design, document, and execute test scenarios/scripts to support quality assurance activities.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization and continuous improvement.\nExcellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.\nWhat you will love about working here?\nWe care about all our employees and want them to feel as comfortable as possible.
