Where no two days are the same.\nYOUR ROLE\nIn deze rol speel je een sleutelrol in:\nDe brug slaan tussen business en IT door operationele behoeften te capteren en deze te vertalen naar duidelijke, gestructureerde requirements in de vorm van epics en user stories, zodat alle stakeholders - van techniekers op het terrein tot IT-architecten - op één lijn zitten doorheen de volledige projectcyclus.\nHet modelleren en optimaliseren van bedrijfsprocessen via BPMN en UML, waarbij je business teams begeleidt bij het hertekenen van hun end-to-end werkprocessen ter ondersteuning van digitaliseringsinitiatieven zoals automatisering van het schakelen, onderhoudsplanning en beheer van offshore windinfrastructuur.\nHet stimuleren van cross-organisatorische harmonisatie door bedrijfsprocessen af te stemmen tussen departementen en samen te werken met collega's bij een Duits zusterbedrijf om consistentie en schaalbaarheid van oplossingen te garanderen.\nHet valideren en testen van IT-oplossingen door functionele analyses van IT-partners te reviewen, deel te nemen aan releasetests en te verzekeren dat geïmplementeerde tools de afgesproken business requirements correct weerspiegelen.\nHet ondersteunen van change management en opleiding door trainingsmateriaal te ontwikkelen, eindgebruikerssessies te geven en post-implementatieondersteuning te bieden zodat operationele teams de nieuwe digitale tools en werkwijzen volledig omarmen.\nYOUR PROFILE\nErvaren Business Analyst met minimaal 5 jaar relevante ervaring in het identificeren van business behoeften, het opstellen van business requirements en het modelleren van bedrijfsprocessen in complexe omgevingen met meerdere stakeholders.\nAnalytisch sterk en kritisch ingesteld, met het vermogen om business verzoeken kritisch te beoordelen, te challengen waar nodig en consensus te bereiken tussen diverse stakeholders, waaronder business owners, IT-partners en internationale teams.\nSterke communicator in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels, in staat om effectief te communiceren met zowel technische als niet-technische doelgroepen via schriftelijke documentatie, workshops en stakeholderpresentaties.\n Vertrouwd met relevante tools en methodologieën, waaronder BPMN, UML en bij voorkeur Enterprise Architect, Jira en TFS DevOps; een basiskennis van SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) of de bereidheid om dit aan te leren is een troef voor bepaalde projecten.\nWat je geweldig zal vinden aan werken hier\nHybride werken - Wij moedigen flexibiliteit aan wat betreft wanneer en waar het werk wordt gedaan.
