The Group reported 2025 global revenues of €22.5 billion.\nAbout The Role\nWe are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to support the delivery of end-to-end Salesforce solutions, from requirements gathering through implementation and user adoption.\nIn this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, Salesforce Consultants, Developers, and Architects to understand business needs, document requirements, and help translate them into effective Salesforce solutions. You will also support testing, training, deployment, and post-go-live activities across the project lifecycle.\nThis opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience in Salesforce Business Analysis or Functional Consulting who are looking to grow their solution design, stakeholder management, and delivery skills on enterprise-scale projects.\nJob Description\nBusiness Analysis & Stakeholder Management\n\nConduct requirements gathering workshops and stakeholder discussions.\nAnalyze business processes and translate requirements into user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.\nBuild strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders.\nTrack progress, identify risks, and escalate issues where required.\n\nSolution Design & Delivery\nSupport the design and delivery of Salesforce solutions using standard platform capabilities.\nCollaborate with Architects and Developers to ensure business requirements are accurately implemented.\nMaintain functional documentation, acceptance criteria, and requirement traceability.\nParticipate in deployment, release, and post-go-live support activities.\n\nSalesforce Configuration & Testing\nPerform Salesforce configuration, including objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows, and security settings.\nSupport SIT and UAT activities, including defect triage and resolution.\nValidate delivered solutions and ensure requirements are met before release.\n\nTraining & Data Support\nContribute to user training materials, demonstrations, and knowledge transfer sessions.\nSupport data migration, validation, and integration-related activities as needed.\nJob Requirements\nMust Have\n2-3 years of experience in Salesforce Business Analysis, Functional Consulting, or a similar role.\nSalesforce certifications such as Administrator and/or Platform App Builder.\nExperience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and functional documentation.\nGood understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and declarative features.\nExperience creating user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.\nFamiliarity with Salesforce configuration, including objects, fields, flows, validation rules, and security.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to work effectively with both business and technical teams.\n\nNice to Have\nExperience with OmniStudio, Experience Cloud, or Public Sector Solutions.\nKnowledge of Agile delivery methodologies.\nExperience working within public sector or regulated environments.\nWhat Success Looks Like\nDelivery of high-quality functional requirements and documentation.\nEffective collaboration with stakeholders and project teams.\nSuccessful support of testing and deployment activities.\nIncreasing ownership of solution design and Salesforce functional delivery.\nContinuous growth in Salesforce platform knowledge and consulting capability.\n\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.\nLet’s talk about what’s in it for you!\nPassionate people are Capgemini's Ace of Spades - join us to discover a career that will challenge, support and inspire you.
