This role blends traditional project management responsibilities with Agile and Scrum facilitation, ensuring delivery predictability, transparency, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with the Client’s Senior Program Manager and partner with engineering, QA, and business stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.\nResponsibilities & Scope\nLead project planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication across the delivery lifecycle\nFacilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives\nPartner with the Technical Lead Engineer and Business Analyst to maintain a clear, prioritized backlog aligned with business objectives\nTrack and report delivery progress using Agile and traditional metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, milestones, risks, and issues\nRemove impediments and blockers while ensuring strong cross-functional alignment and collaboration\nMaintain team focus, commitments, and delivery cadence in a dynamic environment\nCoordinate with QA and test automation resources to embed quality throughout the development process\nProvide regular status updates and executive-level reporting to internal and client stakeholders\nSupport continuous delivery practices and drive ongoing process improvements across the team\nYour Profile\nProven experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or hybrid Agile delivery role supporting software development teams\nStrong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks combined with traditional project management practices\nExcellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills\nAbility to track, analyze, and communicate delivery metrics, risks, and dependencies effectively\nStrong problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and team enablement\nJob Description\nJob Description - Grade Specific\nIs fully competent in its own area and has a deep understanding of related programming concepts software design and software development principles.
