Capgemini is building a dedicated bilingual team to support data platform operations, stakeholder management, service delivery, and collaboration between local business users and global delivery teams. As the client continues to modernize its data landscape, we are hiring several bilingual professionals across leadership, service management, business analysis, and technical domains.\nJob Description\nKey Responsibilities\nFacilitate and lead requirements-gathering workshops with business users, product owners, architects, and technology teams for Informatica and Azure Data Platform initiatives.\nElicit, analyze, document, validate, and manage business, functional, and non-functional requirements.\nPrepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), user stories, process flows, and other project documentation.\nTranslate Japanese business requirements into clear, actionable requirements for offshore development and testing teams.\nEnsure end-to-end requirements traceability and governance throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).\nAct as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, product owners, developers, QA teams, and offshore delivery teams.\nCoordinate and support testing activities, including UAT planning, test execution support, defect management, and release readiness.\nSupport project delivery across Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.\nDrive successful application development, enhancement, migration, integration, and modernization initiatives across Informatica and Azure Data Platform solutions.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and support data-driven business transformation initiatives.\nEnsure project deliverables align with business objectives, quality standards, compliance requirements, and organizational governance policies.\nMust-Have Requirements\nNative-level Japanese and strong business-level English communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage both business and technical stakeholders.\nProven experience as a Business Analyst in data platform, data integration, analytics, or enterprise application development projects.\nStrong experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management.\nHands-on experience creating BRDs, Functional Specifications, User Stories, Use Cases, and process documentation.\nStrong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies and requirements traceability.\nExperience coordinating with offshore development and QA teams in a global delivery environment.\nExperience supporting SIT, UAT, defect management, and production release activities.\nSolid understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.\nStrong analytical, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to bridge communication gaps between business users and technical delivery teams.\nNice-to-Have Requirements\nExperience within the Insurance, Banking, or Financial Services domain.\nExperience working with Informatica PowerCenter, Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS), Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, and related Azure technologies.\nStrong understanding of Data Engineering, Data Integration, ETL/ELT processes, Data Warehousing, and Modern Data Platforms.\nExperience working in multicultural environments with onsite-offshore delivery teams.\nFamiliarity with cloud migration, data modernization, and digital transformation programs.\nCertifications in Azure, Informatica, Business Analysis (CBAP/CCBA), Agile, Scrum, or related disciplines.\nExperience supporting enterprise Data & Analytics transformation
