You will contribute to software architecture, platform evolution, validation activities, and system integration while ensuring high standards of quality, scalability, and maintainability across multiple product generations.\nIn this role, you will:\nDesign and develop real-time embedded software applications using C++ and C.\nContribute to software architecture, design reviews, and long-term platform evolution.\nDevelop highly reliable, maintainable, and scalable embedded solutions.\nOptimize software performance, memory usage, determinism, and execution efficiency.\nDebug and resolve complex issues across embedded software, hardware, and system interfaces.\nParticipate in code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering standards and best practices.\nSupport system integration, validation, commissioning, and release activities.\nDevelop automated testing and verification strategies for embedded applications.\nContribute to SIL (Software-in-the-Loop) and HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) validation activities.\nAnalyze field issues, perform root-cause investigations, and drive corrective actions.\nCreate and maintain technical documentation and present technical solutions to internal and external stakeholders.\nCollaborate closely with multidisciplinary engineering, testing, and product teams.\nYour Profile\n6+ years of experience in embedded software development.\nStrong expertise in Modern C++ including templates, type traits, memory management, and compile-time optimizations.\nGood understanding of embedded systems architecture and real-time software development.\nExperience working on cross-platform and embedded software projects.\nStrong knowledge of software configuration management and version control systems.\nExperience with software integration, build management, and release processes.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and maintain embedded software solutions for power backup and production systems.\nPerform software design, development, testing, and validation activities.\nDrive software quality through code reviews, static analysis, and testing practices.\nSupport validation and verification activities across product lifecycles.\nManage build, integration, and deployment activities using CI/CD tools.\nInvestigate complex software and system-level issues.\nCollaborate with hardware, system, and validation teams to deliver robust solutions.\nAbout Us\nAt Capgemini Engineering, the world leader in engineering services, we bring together a global team of engineers, scientists, and technology experts to help the world's most innovative companies unleash their potential.
