YOUR ROLE
- Manage and optimize C-SON use cases across LTE and 5G networks.
- Monitor and improve network performance through automated optimization strategies.
- Analyze SON-generated recommendations and validate network improvements.
- Configure, tune, and support SON functionalities, including:
- Mobility Load Balancing (MLB)
- Mobility Robustness Optimization (MRO)
- Coverage and Capacity Optimization (CCO)
- Automatic Neighbor Relations (ANR)
- Energy Saving features
- Interference Management
- Perform KPI-driven performance analysis and root cause investigations.
- Assess the effectiveness of SON algorithms and recommend optimization actions.
- Collaborate with RAN Optimization, Planning, and Operations teams to ensure network performance targets are achieved.
- Support automation initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
- Develop performance reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
- Participate in customer discussions, technical workshops, and network performance reviews.
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Radio Network Optimization.
- At least 3 years of experience working with SON/C-SON platforms.
- Strong knowledge of LTE and 5G radio technologies.
- Experience with C-SON solutions from vendors such as:
- Nokia EdenNet SON
- Huawei iSON
- Ericsson SON
- Amdocs SON
- AirHop SON
- Other centralized SON platforms.
- Strong understanding of RAN KPIs, mobility optimization, and network performance management.
- Experience analyzing large datasets and translating insights into optimization actions.
- Familiarity with OSS tools, performance management systems, and reporting platforms.
