Where no two days are the same.\nRole Summary:\nWe are looking for a CAMO Engineer to support aircraft airworthiness and fleet transition activities, ensuring technical documentation compliance, configuration control, and alignment with regulatory and lessor requirements.\nMain Activities:\nPerformed detailed aircraft configuration analysis to assess documentation readiness for fleet phase-out.\nReview and compare various documents (Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, technical logs, modifications, landing gears, engines, Hard Time, OCCM), requiring detailed analysis and evidence of task completion to demonstrate compliance of performed operations (Dirty Fingerprint approach).\nIdentified contractual impacts and gaps in relation to lessor return conditions and supported compliance alignment.\nContributed to the definition and optimization of work packages for aircraft return-to-service, ensuring operational readiness.\nActed as a key interface between stakeholders (engineering, maintenance, lessors/buyers), coordinating transition activities and safeguarding client interests.\nMain technical skills required:\nAeronautic maintenance\nAirworthiness Directives / Service Bulletins\nHard Time / OCCM / LLP's\nStructural works (SRM, RDAF, D&B chart, NDT)\nIn house modification & STC Major mods DOA Part 21\nCabin Flammability with burn tests as per FAR 25.853\nMaintenance policy (MRBR → MPD → AMP, ALS)\nOEM documentation (AMM, IPC, CMM, AFM, ELA, WBM, LOPA/EEL ...)\nEASA regulation M.A 305\nMain soft skills required:\nEnglish fluent\nAutonomy / curiosity / initiatives\nRigor with working methods\nAutonomous with Office Pack\nProactiveness & curiosity\nWelcome the challenges / Force of proposals\nCommunication and interpersonal skills\nTeam spirit\nWhat you will love about working here?\nWe care about all our employees and want them to feel as comfortable as possible.
