Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world.\nYOUR ROLE\nWe are looking for a Camunda Architect to strengthen our team!\nIn this role you will be responsible for:\nDefine the process orchestration architecture, including integration patterns, deployment strategy, and scalability model;\nDesign and implement critical processes using BPMN 2.0 and DMN, taking ownership of the most complex process definitions;\nEstablish standards for process modeling, versioning, testing, and migration strategies;\nDesign the integration of the process engine with external systems through REST APIs, messaging platforms, and event-driven architectures;\nEnsure observability, incident management, and process resilience in production environments, contributing directly to troubleshooting and root cause analysis when necessary;\nMentor and provide technical guidance to development teams through code reviews and design decision support.\nYOUR PROFILE\nStrong and proven experience delivering real-world Camunda projects, with the ability to operate both at architecture and implementation levels;\nDeep knowledge of Camunda 8 and Zeebe (architecture, workers, connectors, incident management), or equivalent experience with Camunda 7 using the embedded engine;\nExtensive software development experience with Java and Spring Boot, with the ability to code at a senior level;\nStrong expertise in BPMN 2.0 and DMN applied to demanding production environments;\nExperience designing and implementing integrations, including REST APIs, messaging systems, and event-driven patterns;\nAbility to communicate architectural decisions effectively to both technical and business stakeholders, and to justify architectural trade-offs;\nCamunda certifications is a plus;\nPrevious experience as a technical lead or key technical reference in automation initiatives;\nFluency in English.\nWHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE\nAt Capgemini Portugal we have a flexible and dynamic work environment.
