We build and maintain the platforms that enable seamless operations across control systems, automation, and data flows - driving innovation while safeguarding reliability.\nAs a CI/CD Specialist for the EMS Platform Team at Capgemini Engineering, you will combine CI/CD automation expertise with platform operations and monitoring. You'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines tailored to OT systems, while ensuring the platform remains stable, secure, and compliant through proactive operational support. After a period of extensive training and learning on the job, you will (or be willing to learn to):\nMonitor OT platforms, respond to alerts, and perform routine maintenance to ensure high availability and performance.\nCollaborate with DevOps engineers, IT/OT teams, and business stakeholders to integrate CI/CD processes into workflows.\nAutomate testing and deployment to minimize downtime and ensure system reliability.\nInvestigate and resolve issues in CI/CD pipelines and platform operations promptly.\nApply security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.\nDesign, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines specifically for OT systems.\nParticipate in the 24/7 on-call duty schedule (after training) to support the continuity and reliability of the OT platform.\nYour profile\nYou have:\nStrong knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Travis CI), with a focus on OT environments.\nFamiliarity with OT systems and protocols (e.g., SCADA, PLCs, DCS).\nUnderstanding of cybersecurity requirements and standards implementation in the OT domain.\nExperience with automation tools and frameworks for testing and deployment in OT settings.\nAnalytical and problem-solving abilities, with strong attention to detail to ensure reliability and security.\nAbility to adapt to new tools and technologies, and a learning-oriented approach that turns setbacks into improvement.\nA collaborative, socially engaged working style - you listen, share knowledge, and help others succeed.\nNL or EU residency of more than 5 or 8 years, and the ability to pass AIVD screening (mandatory for this role).\nThese criteria provide an indication of the profile we are looking for.
