Acting as a trusted advisor to strategic clients, you develop long-term partnerships, identify transformation opportunities, and ensure the successful delivery of engineering and digital services.\nYou will:\nDefine and execute the Industry & Manufacturing business strategy within your market perimeter. \nBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients across Manufacturing, Automotive, Railway, Industrial Equipment, and related sectors. \nDevelop and implement 1-to-3-year account plans aligned with client priorities and Capgemini Engineering's growth ambitions.\nIdentify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities while expanding existing client accounts. \nLead commercial activities, including account planning, opportunity management, contract negotiations, forecasting, and business reviews. \nOwn account performance and profitability, ensuring sustainable revenue growth and margin achievement. \nCoordinate with delivery, recruitment, and operational teams to ensure service excellence and client satisfaction.\nUnderstand industry challenges and market trends to position Capgemini Engineering as a strategic partner in engineering, manufacturing, and digital transformation initiatives.\nContribute to the continued expansion of Capgemini Engineering's Industry & Manufacturing footprint in Portugal. \nYOUR PROFILE\nProven experience in Business Development, Account Management, Client Partner, Sales Management, or similar leadership roles within Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial, Automotive, or Railway sectors.\nStrong knowledge of the Portuguese Industry & Manufacturing landscape and its key players.\nDemonstrated success in developing and growing client accounts and generating new business opportunities.\nExperience managing commercial performance, including revenue growth, profitability, forecasting, and client portfolio management. \nStrong relationship-building capabilities with decision-makers and senior stakeholders.\nStrategic mindset combined with hands-on execution and a strong results orientation.\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to work across multidisciplinary teams, aligning sales, delivery, operations, and talent capabilities.\nEntrepreneurial attitude, customer-centric approach, and passion for business growth. \nWHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE\nJoin a multicultural and inclusive team environment.\nEnjoy a supportive atmosphere promoting work life balance.\nHybrid work.\nYour career growth is central to our mission.
