The role requires close collaboration with business, data, and technology teams to deliver reliable, secure, and high-performing data products that drive business value.\nHybrid working:\nThe places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.\nYour Role:\nDesign, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance data platforms on cloud environments. \nDevelop and optimize data pipelines for batch and real-time data processing.\nDevelop, deploy, and optimize AI/ML solutions including Generative AI and LLM-based applications. \nIntegrate AI services into cloud-native data platforms.\nUtilize MLflow for experiment tracking, model registry, versioning, and deployment. \nEstablish and maintain MLOps practices for model governance and reproducibility.\nYour Skills:\nHandson experience in Cloud Data Engineering including designing and implementing scalable data platforms on cloud environments with expertise in leveraging and optimizing LLMbased use cases\nStrong understanding of Insurance domain data models business processes and data governance requirements\nExperience with MLflow for machine learning lifecycle management including experiment tracking model registry and deployment\nProficiency in unit testing version control Git CICD pipelines and production deployment of cloud based data and AI solutions ensuring reliability scalability and maintainability\nWe are a Disability Confident Employer:\nCapgemini is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer (Level 2) under the UK Government’s Disability Confident scheme.
