Do you enjoy working in multidisciplinary teams and solving complex engineering challenges?\nAs a Connectivity Design Engineer through Capgemini Engineering at ASML, you will contribute to the development of next-generation lithography machines within the EUV and DUV programs. You will design and realize electrical connectivity solutions that enable reliable power and signal distribution across complex systems, including cabling, connection modules, racks, and related infrastructure. Working in a multidisciplinary environment, you will help deliver the technologies that enable semiconductor manufacturers worldwide to produce increasingly advanced chips.\nResponsibilities\nOperate in a multidisciplinary team and interface with multiple projects to realize own work\nManage the electrical interfaces between the modules in the product (in modules)\nImplement engineering changes into products\nInvestigate and solve issues on the electrical connectivity\nDesign, specify and validate various electrical connectivity parts that meet the international standards on electrical safety and EMC, by documenting.\nParticipate in realization of the electrical connectivity like cable harness, connection panels, electronic racks & cabinets, electronic cooling and mains distribution.\nDesign and document the qualification tools for integration purpose.\nPreferable experience with executing measurements on test set-up or prototype machine and document results to ensure that the electrical architecture of the infrastructure meet the requirements.\nAble to Interfacing and transfer knowledge with other electrical engineers\nDesign overview of all electrical connectivity like detailed wiring diagrams and functional breakdown diagrams.\nBroad technical knowledge on electronics / cabling / mains / safety / diagnostics / electronics cooling.\nExperience with general electrical engineering principles and electrical development methods and processes.\nKnowledge of electrical connection methods, AC mains power and DC distribution and signal transmission.\nBasic knowledge on EMC and electrical safety standards (IEC) and US standards (NFPA, UL)\nAbility to set up wiring and cabling concepts.\nYour Profile\nEducation & Experience\nMaster’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.\n2-5 years of experience in electrical or electronic system design.\nExperience working in multidisciplinary engineering teams.\nStrong knowledge of electronics, electrical connectivity, cabling, and power distribution.\nFamiliarity with electrical safety and EMC standards is a plus.\nKnowledge of mechatronics, vacuum technology, or process control systems is an advantage.\nPersonal Competencies\nProactive, self-starting, and comfortable taking ownership.\nStrong communicator with excellent collaboration skills.\nStructured, organized, and detail-oriented.\nAnalytical and solution-driven, with a systematic approach to problem-solving.\nDecisive, persuasive, and able to influence stakeholders.\nFlexible and pragmatic in a dynamic environment.\nQuality-focused with a continuous improvement mindset.\nWhat We Are Looking For\nA hands-on engineer who combines electrical and mechanical expertise.\nSomeone who can translate requirements into practical, reliable, and manufacturable solutions.\nA collaborative professional who thrives in multidisciplinary teams and drives continuous improvement.\nRequirements\nFluent in English, both written and spoken.\nEU nationality required due to customer screening requirements.\n* These criteria provide an indication of the profile we are looking for.
