As a 2nd Line Network Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring the stability, performance and continuity of enterprise network environments.\nIn this role you will play a key role in:\nProviding advanced 2nd line technical support to clients, managing and following up on incident tickets through to resolution.\nDiagnosing and resolving complex network incidents through structured troubleshooting across routing, switching and wireless environments.\nActing as a direct point of contact for clients, analysing technical issues and delivering clear and effective solutions.\nCollaborating with internal 3rd line teams and other specialised areas to escalate and resolve complex network challenges.\nMonitoring and maintaining a thorough understanding of client network environments to ensure proactive issue identification and resolution.\nYOUR PROFILE\n3+ years of experience in telecommunications or enterprise network support, with hands-on expertise in Cisco and/or Huawei equipment.\nSolid knowledge of routing, switching and wireless technologies, with a strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve network incidents in 2nd line support contexts.\nCisco CCNA certification (or equivalent) is required, demonstrating a formal and validated technical foundation in networking.\nStrong communication skills and a client-oriented mindset, with the ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.\nA proactive and results-driven approach, with a genuine desire to learn, grow and take ownership of technical challenges.\nWHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE\nJoin a multicultural and inclusive team environment\nEnjoy a supportive atmosphere promoting work-life balance\nHybrid work\nYour career growth is central to our mission.
