You will be responsible for managing the scope, quality, cost and on-time delivery of the projects that you lead. \nBusiness Development - Leading/contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitch contribution, client hosting at events. \nAs part of your role you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the business and your own personal growth, through activities that form part of the following categories:\nBusiness Development - Leading/contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitch contribution, client hosting at events.\n Internal Contribution - Campaign development, internal think-tanks, whitepapers, practice development (operations, recruitment, team events & activities), offering development.\nLearning & Development - Training to support your career development and the skills demand within the company, certifications etc.\nYour Profile\nYou will have demonstrable experience across a representative sample of the following:\nknowledge of Procurement process and process design/optimisation \nProcurement transformation and benefits case realisation using digital technologies and data driven insights \nSustainability driven solutions - including Supplier and Sub Tier Performance and Risk Management \nProcurement processes including Source to Contract, Purchase to Pay and Invoice processing \nKnowledge of current software Industry leading Procurement solutions and their capabilities \nExperience of Supply Chain and Logistics solution design and operation with knowledge of Supply Chain Resilience, Planning and demand Forecasting- including experience with current tools and technologies such as A.I., RPA and Machine Learning \nCIPS or similar \nDesired Experience:\nCurrently working in a major Consulting firm, and/or in industry but having a Consulting background Proven ability to be successful in a matrixed organisation, and to enlist support and commitment from peers in selling and delivering consulting solutions. \nExperience of proposition building and delivery. \nPersonal attributes:\nYou have a passion and understanding for Procurement transformation in a digital world, with a thirst for thinking “what is next?”. \nYou bring a solid track record of successful and profitable project delivery, capable of working independently as well as in teams in our collaborative but sometimes demanding project environment. \nYou have a passion for development, coaching others and improving the performance of teams and individuals. \nWhat You'll Love About Working Here\nNo matter the project or customer, your work will have a meaningful impact on society, businesses and lives.
