Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world.\nYour Role\nThe candidate will be a “hands-on” lawyer as part of a global team and will advise on a wide variety of IT and commercial issues and transactions, varying greatly in nature, complexity and value including a wide range of global alliance and partnership agreements, reseller and ecosystem arrangements, inter-company agreements and other contracts supporting Capgemini’s strategic initiatives and partnerships.\nYour Profile\nReview and negotiation of contracts such as Global Master Procurement Agreements, Master Agreements, GenAI Agreements, Data Protection Agreements, Statements of Work (SOWs) under global frameworks, inter-company agreements, and other contracts related to strategic supply.
