Working at the intersection of UX, Generative AI, and conversational technologies, you will help create intuitive, engaging, and scalable experiences that deliver measurable value for users and businesses.\nIn this role you will play a key role in:\nDesigning end-to-end conversational experiences for chat and voice-based AI solutions.\nTranslating business requirements and user needs into seamless conversational journeys and interaction flows.\nDefining conversational strategies, dialog structures, tone of voice, and personality frameworks for AI assistants and virtual agents.\nDesigning and optimizing experiences powered by Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI technologies.\nCreating prompts, guardrails, and conversation orchestration frameworks to ensure reliable, consistent, and secure AI interactions.\nDeveloping and maintaining conversational design guidelines, pattern libraries, and design system components.\nCollaborating closely with UX designers, product managers, AI engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.\nAnalyzing user behavior and conversation data to continuously improve experience quality and business outcomes.\nSupporting the deployment and evolution of conversational AI solutions in production environments.\nYOUR PROFILE\nWe are looking for a passionate and experienced conversational design professional who combines user-centered design principles with a strong understanding of Generative AI technologies.\nMinimum2 years of experience in UX Design, Product Design, Service Design, or related disciplines.\nMinimum 1 years of experience in Conversational Design, Conversation Design, VUI Design, or Conversational UX.\nProven experience designing and delivering conversational AI solutions deployed in production environments.\nStrong understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and AI conversation orchestration.\nHands-on experience defining conversational guardrails, governance models, and responsible AI interaction patterns.\nExperience designing both chat-based and voice-based (VUI) user experiences.\nStrong knowledge of user-centered design methodologies, interaction design principles, and usability best practices.\nExperience facilitating workshops and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.\nExcellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.\nFluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.\nNice to Have\nExperience with conversational AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Dialogflow, Cognigy, IBM Watson Assistant, Amazon Lex, or similar.\nKnowledge of accessibility standards applied to conversational experiences.\nFamiliarity with AI governance, responsible AI frameworks, and compliance requirements.\nExperience working in agile product development environments.\nCertifications or training related to UX, Service Design, AI, or Conversational Design.\nWHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE\nWork on cutting-edge GenAI and Conversational AI initiatives with real business impact.\nCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams in an innovative and dynamic environment.\nAccess continuous learning opportunities, certifications, and professional development programs.\nBe part of a global organization leading digital transformation and AI innovation.\nEnjoy a collaborative culture that values creativity, diversity, and inclusion.\nHybrid and flexible working model.\nHealth and life insurance.\nCareer growth opportunities both locally and internationally.\nCapgemini is the business transformation partner for organizations seeking to accelerate their transition to a digital and sustainable world.
