Where no two days are the same.\nYour Role\nLead end-to-end deployment and integration of Interconnect Session Border Controllers (ISBC) across multi-operator and roaming environments\nManage projects involving IMS, VoLTE Core, Diameter/RADIUS platforms, and interconnect gateways\nCreate detailed migration and implementation plans aligned with customer and business requirements\nCoordinate in-depth technical discussions with engineering teams, vendors, operations, and customer stakeholders\nReview and validate Low-Level Designs (LLD), Method of Procedures (MOPs), rollback plans, test cases, and operational documentation\nEnsure all deployment and migration scenarios are fully tested in LAB and Production environments\nExecute migration activities with structured reporting to stakeholders and senior management, including daily and critical hourly updates when required\nDrive project planning activities, milestone tracking, risk management, and deployment governance\nCoordinate with Design, Operations, and Delivery teams to ensure smooth rollout and operational readiness\nSupport compliance, audit, and quality assurance processes for telecom deployments and operational activities\nYour Profile\nStrong hands-on experience with IMS Core, VoLTE architecture, SIP signaling, and telecom interconnect environments\nSolid expertise in Diameter and RADIUS platforms, roaming integrations, and telecom signaling protocols\nProven experience deploying and integrating ISBC/SBC solutions in multi-vendor and multi-operator environments\nStrong understanding of telecom core network architecture, roaming services, and interconnect gateways\nExperience managing LAB validations, production deployments, migration execution, and rollback activities\nSkilled in preparing and reviewing technical documentation including LLDs, MOPs, test plans, and operational procedures\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience reporting to senior management and customer leadership\nAbility to lead cross-functional technical discussions and coordinate complex deployment activities under tight timelines\nExcellent project coordination, planning, and risk management capabilities\nComfortable working in international environments and collaborating with remote engineering and operations teams\nWHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE\nJoin a multicultural and inclusive team environment.\nEnjoy a supportive atmosphere promoting work-life balance.\nHybrid work.\nYour career growth is central to our mission.
