This role puts you at the centre of how our clients turn data into action, from first query to final recommendation.\nYOUR ROLE\nAs a Data Analyst, you sit at the intersection of data, technology, and business. You build and maintain the data pipelines that underpin reliable analysis, apply AI tools such as Claude and business intelligence platforms to accelerate and scale that analysis, and partner directly with stakeholders to ensure findings translate into decisions.\nYour role includes:\nData foundation & engineering\nDesign, build, and maintain SQL-based ETL/ELT pipelines that prepare data for analysis at scale\nApply sound judgement on data quality, structure, and lineage when working with large or imperfect datasets\nUse Python and platforms such as Databricks to automate and scale recurring data processes\nInsight generation & acceleration\nConvert business questions into structured analyses and clear, actionable recommendations\nUse AI tools such as Claude to accelerate querying, coding, and documentation, prioritising judgement over manual effort\nBuild and maintain BI dashboards and self-serve reporting (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) that give stakeholders direct access to insights\nStakeholder partnership\nPartner with business stakeholders to understand priorities, constraints, and the questions that matter most\nPresent findings and trade-offs in terms that resonate with both business and technical audiences\nIterate analyses based on stakeholder feedback to ensure recommendations are adopted, not just delivered\nYOUR PROFILE\nWe are looking for analysts with 2-5 years of experience across several of the following:\nStrong hands-on experience with SQL for querying, transforming, and modelling data at scale\nPractical experience building ETL/ELT pipelines, e.g., with dbt\nExposure to cloud data platform is an asset\nComfort applying AI tools such as Claude to accelerate analysis, coding, and documentation\nExperience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Looker) to build dashboards and reporting\nProven ability to translate data into insights that inform business decisions\nStrong communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently across business and technical audiences\nA growth mindset, with curiosity and a strong willingness to learn and develop\nAbility to quickly learn new tools, technologies, and business contexts\nA collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from and contribute to the wider team\nFluency in English and Dutch or French\nWe're building a team for the future, not hiring against a checklist.
