This role requires strong hands-on experience with SAS, PowerCenter, and SAP BO, as well as a solid background in designing, implementing, and optimizing scalable data solutions.\nYour main responsibilities will be:\nDesign, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines and data integration solutions across Data Warehouses and Data Lakes.\nDevelop and optimize data processing workflows using SAS and PowerCenter.\nWork with SAP BO for reporting and Business Intelligence solutions.\nImplement and manage batch and real-time data ingestion pipelines.\nEnsure data quality, performance, and governance across data platforms.\nCollaborate with IT and business teams to deliver reliable and scalable data solutions.\nYOUR PROFILE\nAcademic background in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management, or a related field.\nProven professional experience as a Data Engineer, with strong hands-on expertise in SAS.\nExperience with PowerCenter and SAP BO.\nSolid knowledge of SQL / T-SQL, ETL/ELT, data modelling, and Data Warehousing concepts.\nHands-on experience with data platforms, pipelines, and large-scale data environments.\nExperience with Shell scripting and/or other automation tools.\nFamiliarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExperience working with cross-functional teams and technical and business stakeholders.\nFluent English and Portuguese, both spoken and written.\nWHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE?\nAt Capgemini Portugal we have a flexible and dynamic work environment.
