This role will support enterprise data governance, master data management (MDM), AI readiness, and data quality initiatives while partnering with business and technical stakeholders to deliver trusted and governed data solutions.\nYour Role :\nGather, analyze, and document business, functional, and data requirements.\nCollaborate with business users, data owners, stewards, and technical teams to identify needs, risks, and opportunities.\nAnalyze data using SQL, Excel, and data quality tools to identify inconsistencies, duplicate records, and quality issues.\nSupport data governance initiatives including business glossaries, metadata management, data lineage, and stewardship.\nAssist MDM programs through data mapping, validation rules, survivorship rules, and workflow documentation.\nSupport AI and Agentic AI readiness by documenting trusted data sources, governance controls, privacy, security, and approval processes.\nPrepare reports, workshop notes, status updates, issue logs, and presentation materials.\nWork closely with senior consultants and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.\n5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, Data Governance, Data Quality, Analytics, or Technology Consulting.\nStrong skills in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, process mapping, SQL, Excel, and data analysis.\nData Governance, MDM, Data Migration, Data Integration, Data Warehousing, or Reporting projects.\nExperience with Collibra, Alation, Informatica, Microsoft Purview, Atlan, Ataccama, or similar platforms.\nUnderstanding ofAI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Responsible AI principles.\nPreferred Certifications\nDAMA CDMP\nCollibra, Informatica, or Microsoft Purview Certifications\nSnowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Certifications\nAI/Generative AI Certifications\nAgile, Scrum, Business Analysis, SQL, Data Analytics, Privacy, Security, or Change Management Certifications\nThe base compensation range for this role in the posted location is:$76,730 to $150,000.\nCapgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
