You guide process adherence and improvements, act as a knowledge expert for the team, and ensure high service levels, customer satisfaction, and optimal inventory. Your work focuses on balancing supply and demand through analysis, data driven prioritization, and monitoring forecasts and sales trends. You resolve short and mid term availability issues, collaborate closely with regional teams and suppliers, and identify root causes to drive long term service and inventory improvements.\nYour tasks\n1. Generate the demand forecast\nDevelop statistical and baseline forecasts using historical sales and demand drivers\nModel seasonality, trends, pricing, and external factors\nProduce forecasts across short-, mid-, and long-term horizons\nLead cross-functional consensus with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply\nCapture, challenge, and align commercial assumptions\n2. Monitor forecast performance and bias\nTrack forecast accuracy, error, and bias\nPerform root-cause analysis on forecast deviations\nImplement corrective actions to reduce volatility and rework\nHighlight demand risks and opportunities\nYour profile\nUniversity degree or technical background in logistics, manufacturing, systems, or business is preferred.\n2+ years’ experience in demand planning within FMCG or international environments.\nStrong planning experience (supply, demand or distribution) and fit to competency expectations.\nFluent in English and confident in data-driven decision-making.\nSkilled in planning systems (e.g. SAP APO, Axapta, Vanguard, SAS).\nAdvanced MS Office; experience with SQL, data warehouses, and system implementations is a plus.\nStrong ownership, responsibility, and continuous improvement mindset.\nWhat You'll love about working here\nWell-being culture: medical care with Medicover, private life insurance, and Sports card.
