This individual will work closely with clients, agencies, technology partners, and internal teams to deliver scalable and innovative marketing solutions.\nKey Responsibilities\nAct as the primary point of contact for clients regarding AdTech and Retail Media initiatives.\nLead strategic conversations with business and marketing stakeholders to understand objectives and define technology solutions.\nSupport the implementation, adoption, and optimization of digital marketing platforms and tools.\nCoordinate cross-functional teams including marketing, analytics, technology, media, and external partners.\nTranslate business requirements into actionable technology and process recommendations.\nMonitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and key milestones.\nFacilitate workshops, planning sessions, status meetings, and executive presentations.\nDevelop strategic roadmaps and recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness and campaign performance.\nCollaborate with data, analytics, and media teams to support audience strategies, measurement frameworks, and reporting initiatives.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities for innovation and operational efficiency.\nManage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment across multiple teams and functions.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Technology, Communications, Engineering, or a related field.\n5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, AdTech, Marketing Technology (MarTech), Retail Media, Digital Media, Consulting, or a related field.\nExperience managing client relationships and stakeholder communications.\nProven experience leading complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and workstreams.\nStrong understanding of digital advertising ecosystems and media technologies.\nExperience with project management methodologies and tools.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and presentation abilities.\nAdvanced English proficiency.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with platforms such as:\nGoogle Marketing Platform (DV360, Campaign Manager 360)\nGoogle Ads\nThe Trade Desk\nCriteo\nAmazon Advertising\nAdobe Experience Cloud\nSalesforce Marketing Cloud\nLiveRamp\nRetail Media platforms\n\nExperience working with FMCG, Retail, Consumer Goods, or E-commerce organizations.\n\nExperience in consulting or client-facing roles.\n\nKnowledge of audience strategy, digital measurement, media performance, and marketing analytics.\n\nPMP, Scrum, Agile, or related project management certifications are a
